100% grass-fed. No hormones or Antibiotics administered. Free Range.
Steaks are cut to 3/4" 'thick. Roasts are 2-3 lbs. Our meat is dry aged for 21
days, cryovac sealed and packaged by a licensed USDA facility. We reserve the
right to make cut substitutions of equal or greater value.
